Ingredients:

Brownie

  • 2 ½ Cups loosely packed pitted dates
  • 1 1/2 Cups walnuts
  • 6 Tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 Tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 Tsp water
  • 1/4 Tsp salt
  • 1/2 Tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Scoop Profi Chocolate
  • Cocoa nibs to top with

Frosting

  • 1/4 Cup cacao or cocoa powder
  • ¼ Cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable or melted coconut oil
Directions:

Brownie

  1. Throw dates, walnuts,  cocoa powder, Profi protein powder, vanilla, water, and salt in a food processor
  2. Process until smooth
  3. Spread the mixture into a 1-inch deep baking tray and press firmly

Frosting

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, vanilla, maple syrup & oil
  2. Stir until mixture forms a paste
  3. Spread evenly over dough in the baking tray and sprinkle cocoa nibs over the top
  4. Refrigerate brownies for at least 2 hours, to set.
