Smoothie bowl love… who’s with me? You can fill them with ANYTHING & (almost) EVERYTHING! This includes greens, spices/herbs, fruits, fiber, protein…fats.. you name it! Thought I’d share a little glimpse into the magic of my daily smoothie bowls… well almost daily!
Ingredients:
Base:
2 Frozen bananas
Handful of frozen blueberries
1 Cup unsweetened soy milk
1/2 Cup Water
1 Scoop PROFI Protein Booster
Half of a frozen peach
1/2 Tsp Ceylon cinnamon
1 Scoop Super greens powder
1/4 Tsp Tumeric
1/4 Tsp Black pepper
1/4 Tsp Ginger!
Toppings:
Frozen raspberries & blueberries
Blackstrap molasses
Organic hemp hearts
Chia seeds
Vegan dark chocolate
Directions:
- Add all base ingredients to a blender. Blend until desired consistency is reached!
- Pour the mixture into a bowl & top with desired toppings!
- ENJOY! 🙂
