Makes approx. 4 cups. Serving size is 1/4 – 1/2 cup

Ingredients:

1 540ml can white kidney beans
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
2 scoops Profi Pro vanilla protein powder
1/4-1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips

Directions:
  1. Drain and rinse canned kidney beans and place in food processor.
  2. Add in all ingredients except chocolate chips and process until smooth.
  3. Fold in dairy free chocolate chips.
  4. Serve with apples, celery or crackers. Roll into balls to take on the go or a enjoy a spoonful when the cookie dough craving hits, guilt free!
