Vegan| Kid-Friendly

Makes 12 squares

Ingredients:
  • 10 oz Vegan Marshmallow
  • 2 cups Rice Puffs
  • 2 tbsp Vegan Butter
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 scoop PROFI Vanilla
Directions:
  1.  Lightly grease a baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan on medium heat, add butter and oil.
  3. Once the butter and oil is melted, add in marshmallows and stir until melted and remove from heat.
  4. Gradually add in the PROFI Vanilla and rice puffs.
  5. Scoop into the grease pan and let cool.
  6. One cooled to the touch, mold and cut into squares. Then serve!

Halloween Inspired Variations:

Brainy Bites

In step 3, add 4 tablespoons of strawberry puree for colour and texture.

In step 6, instead of cutting into squares, mold two oval and squish it together to make a “brain”-like shape.

Add additional strawberry puree on-top for a bloody look. Then serve immediately and enjoy!

Tip: When making the strawberry puree, do not over blend. Small chucks in the puree gives the “brains” a more spooky look.

Yummy Mummies

After step 6, dip two sugar eye candy into melted vegan white chocolate to stick onto the rice crispy.

With the remainder of the white chocolate, drizzle it across the rice crispy to make “bandages”.

Chill in refrigerator until the chocolate has harden, then serve and enjoy!
