One Pan | Simple

Makes 10 servings

Ingredients:

Filling:

  • 6 medium Granny Smith Apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup Cane Sugar
  • 1/2 Orange, juiced
  • 1/2 scoop PROFI Protein Booster
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 dash Ground Nutmeg

Topping:

  • 1 1/4 cup Quick Oats
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 scoop PROFI Protein Booster
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 stick Vegan Butter, chilled and cubed
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients until the apples are evenly coated. Transfer into a casserole dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the oats, flour, PROFI Protein Booster , brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  4. Using your fingers, add in the cold butter and gently work it into small lumps combined with the dry mixture.
  5. Top the apple filling evenly with the mixture.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden and the apples are soft.
  7. Let cool and serve with coconut white or ice cream!
