BOOSTER PROTEIN POWDER | CUSTOMIZABLE  | KID-FRIENDLY

Makes 8 servings of tempeh “meat”

TACOS: three tacos on a plate

  • Tortillas
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato, diced
  • Vegan Cheese
  • Sour Cream
  • Salsa
  • Jalapenos
  • Red Cabbage
  • Cilantro
  • Limes
  • Red Onion
  • Hardshell tacos

PROTEIN MEAT:

  • 2 cups Tempeh, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Liquid Smoke
  • 2 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 scoop PROFI Booster Protein
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Water

STEPS:

  • Combine protein meat ingredients other than the tempeh, whisk until well mixed
  • Add in the shredded tempeh and cover
  • Let sit in the fridge for an hour or overnight
  • Add 1 tbsp olive oil to a pan on medium heat
  • Cook tempeh for approx 20 minutes, mixing occasionally until liquid has evaporated and it looks like taco meat
  • Prep ingredients and serve as a buffet!
