BOOSTER PROTEIN POWDER | CUSTOMIZABLE | KID-FRIENDLY
Makes 8 servings of tempeh “meat”
TACOS:
- Tortillas
- Lettuce
- Tomato, diced
- Vegan Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Salsa
- Jalapenos
- Red Cabbage
- Cilantro
- Limes
- Red Onion
- Hardshell tacos
PROTEIN MEAT:
- 2 cups Tempeh, shredded
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Liquid Smoke
- 2 tsp Maple Syrup
- 1 scoop PROFI Booster Protein
- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 cup Water
STEPS:
- Combine protein meat ingredients other than the tempeh, whisk until well mixed
- Add in the shredded tempeh and cover
- Let sit in the fridge for an hour or overnight
- Add 1 tbsp olive oil to a pan on medium heat
- Cook tempeh for approx 20 minutes, mixing occasionally until liquid has evaporated and it looks like taco meat
- Prep ingredients and serve as a buffet!
