PROFI Protein Booster | Miso Broth
Makes 5-6 servings
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Onion, diced (skin on)
- 7 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 tbsp Chopped Ginger
- 1 Celery Stalk
- 1 cup Chopped Carrots
- 1 cup Red Cabbage
- 1 strip Kombu or seaweed
- ~8 Dried Shitake Mushrooms
- 1 cup 2 – 3 Kale, chopped Leaves + Stems, chopped
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper, whole
- 1 tbsp Curry Powder
- 1 tbsp Nooch
- 10 cups Water
- 2 scoop Profi
INGREDIENTS FOR TONIC:
- 2 tsp Chickpea Miso
- 1 cup Broth
- 1 Green Onion
- Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Fry vegetables until tender in a large pot
- Add water and bring to a boil
- Cover, and Simmer, covered on low for 1-1.5 hrs
- Strain our veggies, stir in PROFI Protein Booster (blend if necessary)
- Strain the vegetables and spices from the broth
- Whisk in protein powder
- Store in the fridge until ready for use
- Reheat in the microwave or on the stove
- Add miso and whisk until well combined, add the green onions and some freshly cracked black pepper
